Common Digestive Woes

Most people are low in hydrochloric acid, the natural acid in our stomachs that aid in the breakdown of protein, absorption of minerals, and balance of microbes. If you have any of these symptoms, you might be one of those people: bloating, acid reflux, burping, feeling of fullness after eating just a little bit, constipation, gas, stomach aches, cramps, loose stools, to name some of the most common ones.
There are a few easy ways to help with easing your digestive woes and increasing your hydrochloric acid levels.
First is to buy a Betaine Hydrochloride supplement. You can read my earlier post about determining your perfect level here:
Another way is to mix 2 TBSP fresh lemon or lime juice, OR RAW apple cider vinegar into 4-8 oz of warm water before meals. I like Braggs Raw ACV, but there are other good brands as well. Most people notice a difference right away!
Bon Appetit!
