A Strong Foundation #1

To help your spine have a strong foundation, it is important to achieve and maintain flexibility of the pelvic muscles. Here is a good stretch for the Quadriceps muscle group that runs down the front of your thigh. Remember to breathe deeply when holding the stretch, and stabilize yourself on a table or chair if you need to!
