I have always told people that if their food budget only allows for one type of organic food, to make it meats and other animal products. Environmental, feed, and other toxins accumulate in animal tissue and then lead to an increase in our toxic load. Organic beef, chicken, eggs, dairy, etc are a great choice to help us stay ahead of the fight against toxicity.
