A GREAT Work-Out Challenge

Finding a good work-out program that requires 30 minutes or less can be a challenge; until now! I am starting my 6th week of this fun 12 week work-out program that only takes 30 minutes or less per day! It’s easy to follow and only requires a few pieces of equipment. I highly recommend it; especially for those who enjoy lifting weights or are looking for bone-building resistance training!
